I am looking for advice on roof racks for my drifter and prowler for a 2003 expedition. Not the most expensive but willing to get something decent.

Can't go wrong with Yakima products IMO - I've had good results with them. If you are willing to wait and look around, you can usually pick up used for about half-price and end up with much better product as the same price of cheaper products - I would say you could put together a package for $150. http://www.etrailer.com/roof-2003_ford_expedition.htm

I have a Thule SlipStream I'll sell you. I haven't used it in about two years and it's just collecting dust. Shoot me a PM if interested.
It will work great with your factory rack.
