It's been months since I have been fishing and I need to itch my scratch. I know water levels at many of our lakes are low and several ramps are close. I need to to know if I can launch a 17ft bass boat at two mile bridge. If I can't is there enough water to launch a jon boat. It's time for me to put some fish in the freezer.

You can launch a small boat at 2 mile and you can launch the bass boat at anchor inn... Fished the bridge earlier this week, found a few 8-10 feet down suspended
Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Thanks for the reply. I think I will take the jon boat out on Monday and see what I can do.

I caught 8 crappies and two small blues. They wanted minnows instead of jigs. The bite was as suttle as a 6 year old boy kissing a girl in church.

Reggie You know....that has been the bite around for awhile. Stop raising grain and start Farming (The Fishing Farmer jig) you might get the rod jerked out of your hand. Well that's what has been happening to me lately. That color works well in the eastern lakes. Hope that helps.
