Does it happen? If so, is it stripers, largemouth bass, or white bass?

We were out there last Sunday, and they were. Mainly little stripers, and sand bass. Crazy schools that never stopped and you could drive around following.

Was out there last Wednesday and it only lasted till about 830 or so by the dam. They were all decent size stripers around 5lbs. It was a blast chasing them around for the hour that it lasted we had four fish on a couple times.
