I recently had to replace a small fuel line that connected to the carburetor bowl. I did so seemingly without issues, and the boat runs fine after the repair, but I noticed that my fuel bulb was still pressured up from the test running when I went to the lake 2 days later. Normally, it would have gone soft by then. Is this bad?

To me that indicates you had a small leak in the old line. I would say you're good to go.

Good. means no fuel or air leaks.
