Not trying to start a debate, I purchased a 25hp rude tiller motor off ebay the state it is coming from doesn't require motor titles. Is there a form I can take to the title office to apply for a texas title? I can't seam to find the form. I have receipt and will have a bill of sale from seller. Thanks

call tpwd to be sure, my 96 175 came from a no title state and all I had to do up here was show bill of sale.

Thanks hop they said they would do it with bill of sale but since its from an individual they need the form pwd134 for proof of origin. Less trouble than I expected obtaining a title. Think my 600 dollar investment just got better as long as it runs when it gets here lol.

Yes have to pay sales tax but im still happy to have purchased a 95 model 25hp with new 12gal and 6 gal tanks shipped and titled for less than a grand
