I'm having an electrical issue with my 1990 Rude. Just wondering if anyone knows a good mechanic that could diagnose the problem. I'm good with tools but I'm lost and tired of putting money into parts that end up not being the issue. I'm willing to take it where ever, just looking for a diagnosis. I can change the part if I knew which one it was.

Mike in Tolar he is good and his prices are the best. He has done work for me and it is done well. He is on the forum give him a shout, he goes by redwiggir.

Thank you for the responses guys! Hopalong it's not getting any spark. I've rebuilt the carbs put in new spark plugs and replace the power pack. I read that if it's not spinning up at least 250 RPM that it won't create a spark, but I don't know how to check and see how fast it's going when there's no spark.

rockwall marine is the absolute best there is. well worth the drive. i take mine there overe an hour each way. tommy and john will get you fixed up and back on the water.
