I heard on the radio the corps are shutting down many parks because of budgets, I bet this is what this is about more than water levels.

I know in 2011 i went off the end of the highview ramp, pretty sure the lake level is back to that level now, possibly worse. This was after all the other parks closed.

Yep, all ramps still closed at Bardwell--
I went by Waxahachie and there were around 8 trailers parked by the middle boat ramp though.
