Some of those suspended big fish that show up on the graph maybe just ate a big meal or aren't in the mood to eat. If you have the time and patience to force them to bite, I might try a jigging spoon, jerkbait, or a drop shot at the depth they are hanging out. That way you can just irritate the bass repeatedly/constantly until they get annoyed enough to strike the lure out of anger/frustration and not hunger.

Maybe try a drop shot and just hold it in their face. It might take trying a few different baits. Also, since they're big fish you can try a big swimbait. Just count it down to their level. Lastly, the ole a-rig might work.

do you see them visually with your own eyes? or are you talking about marking them on your graph? if it is on your electronics, are you positive they are in fact bass? might be some big trash fish suspended too if that is the case...
if you can see em in clear water and know that they are bass and still can't get em to bite, my advice is keep on coming back to that area, and sooner or later they will be feeding...lol patience patience patience!!!

This or a crankbait works well to. I like Strike King 5XD, 6XD or the big dog, 10XD.
