 what is this fish?

My aunt caught this fish in florida gulf, decided it was a snakehead. I pointed out that snakeheads were freshwater fish, but I don't have a better answer . she said its mouth was full of teeth, this is the only pic i got. Any ideas?

Lizard fish. Worthless bait thief. Catch them at South Padre every once in a while.
