Are any of the ramps near Lofers Bend usable? We want to spend a day on the water next weekend, and Whitney is always a great place to spend time in the water. Is the shore near the picnic areas at the dam decent for swimming?

Lofers Bend East Ramp is open... it never closed 2 years ago when the water was way down. Also open right now will be:
Harbor Master in Lofers Bend
Walling Bend ramp on Rocky Creek
McCown Valley Park
Cedar Creek Park
Juniper Cove
Cedron Creek Ramp
Red Buff in Steele Creek Park
The Lofers Bend Day Use ramp may be open... not sure but I never liked the lake entrance when the water is down this far.
Those are "for sures" there are probably others as well....
