Move on. Stay away. Have respect. Being in a boat you have 10 times the opportunities than he does.

Each person you work with holds some promise to your future success.

they are within the Law and deserve the same respect and courtesy as you expect:

Game fish may be taken only by pole and line (which includes rod and reel), except as otherwise provided in this guide. A person may fish with multiple poles or other devices, except as provided herein. In fresh water, there is a limit of 100 hooks on all devices combined.

I remember what it was like to be stuck on the bank and dreaming about being on one of those boats.

Those guys are entitled to as many legal tricks as they want to use.

When I use to surf fish in Long Island, NY, we'd sit there for hours (sometimes days) watching schools of stripers about 2 cast lengths out getting hammered by the guys in boats. Finally they'd move-in close enough to reach and a lot of those boats would follow them in and get in our way. A lot of ugly stuff happened and more than one brawl back at the dock.

Like anything else, always try to put yourself in the other guys shoes.

Just move on and accept the fact that your spot isn't your spot as long as you are fishing public water. Being in a boat doesn't entitle you to every spot you want to fish. If anything be thankful that you aren't banking it. Your opportunities are much greater than the guy that has to carry nine rods and all of the other gear back to the truck. That is a first world problem if there ever was one. Move on and count your blessings.
