Went to Clear Lake in the grasslands this morning, fished for about an hour and a half. Caught nothing. Seems the water level is holding its own but the lake is far from being full.
It was nice to get out. The wind didn't make it feel so hot. The Forest Service roads have several new pot holes since the last rains.
I would rather die finding out there was no God than die finding out there is.

I fished it about two weeks ago. I managed a few sunfish and a tiny lmb. Pretty water, nice breeze but very few fish.
