Anybody use these in more shallow water applications or just shakey head type setups? I got a butt load of the 12" zoom on sale for $2.99 per 20 ct pack a few weeks ago and need some suggestions on where to throw em'. My gut says shakey head but I'm sure a mag hook TX rigged would get it done too.

You could always cut them in half and put the flat end on a shakey head.

If you want to try something a little different, pickup some 5-0 swimbait hooks with the screw lock and fish them so they fall horizontally. Wmart sells the mustad swimbait hooks. Moanerhooks.com sells some that people like.

For less than 6ft shallow; agree with shakey and trig. Could also try 5-0 ewg on a drop shot, Jika rig, Biffle head.
