I am wanting to fish a few days in August.
I am looking for information on HUGO LAKE, Oklahoma. Is it still muddy like last year? Any info on a Drawdown? Places to stay?
Also any fishing HOT SPOTS?
Thanks in advance.

There are a couple of Corps brush piles in the lake that might be worth giving a shot. The state park cabins are a nice place to stay. Not sure about the water conditions.

The link shows what they are doing in OK that is really great for getting started on any lake in OK. I fished Lake Murray a few weeks back and there were about 12 'attractors' that I located from the coordinates given on the website above. These things are placed perfectly and they are HUGE! And they are mostly marked with bouyies similar to the ones we have on TX lakes for no wake areas. The 'attractors' (as they call them) are brushpiles and pvc condos. Pull up to a bouy and start fishin. One of them I really liked was pvc. Water was about 15' and they were just under the surface, all the way down to the bottom. I started fishing it and realized there were four of thes huge condos all right next to each other! If the other OK lakes are as good as Lake Murray and I have to assume they are, this is the ultimate for crappie fishing. I've never been on Lake Hugo but, when I go you can bet the first thing I'll do is enter the coords in my HDS and find the attractors before anything else. A huge thank you to the Oklahoma Parks and Wildlife guys! PS: the link shows every body of water in OK from very small to Texoma/Eufaula size! Amazing what they've done.

A big thanks to all and special thanks to OkieBob & Piscatur ____ _____ _____. I down loaded the cords. and entered them into my HB.
They usually drawdown the lake in mid July, but cannot find any info except chatter about the drought the last three years.
Hugo has been really muddy the last four years and the state park marina said its still muddy.
Again Thanks all.
