After several different attempts to mount a trolling motor on my jet ski, I decided that simple was the best way to go. With this setup, I don't have to modify the trolling motor. Instead, I can use the standard transom mount and clamp it on easily. I mounted the battery in the storage box under the rear seat and installed a waterproof connector.
