I got my solar panel for my fence battery at Tractor supply. They had a pretty good selection.

Overall wattage is usually going to determine price @ a static voltage. Remember, a 12v solar panel at 7.5 watts, is a TINY BIT over half an amp of current (.625a). That is going to take quite a while to charge a 12v battery of significant capacity.

Just think of it this way.
P = I * V
Power = Current * Voltage
Watts = Amps * Voltage

I picked up a cheapy at habor freight. It's basically a trickle charge, but it does take all day to charge up the deer feeder battery. The up side it will run the electronics and charge while on the water, and cheap enough to loose with out crying too much LOL! I also use it on the baittank until the sun goes down and i swich to battery. The deer feeder section also has solar chargers at most sporting good shops.
