I have tried to give away my Pelican Castaway a few times and nobody ever seems to pick it up lol. I cannot throw it away as I am sure that it would help someone out. It really is not good for a big guy, but great for a little guy, woman, or child.

It is by no means a top of the line kayak, but it floats with me 6'2" 225lbs, and all the gear that I really don't need to be carrying. It needs some TLC though. New bungees, straps, and handles mostly. The rear scupper hole was repaired before I bought it, and I am really not sure how well it was done, but it doesn't seem to leak. The front hatch is slightly warped, but what can you ask for at this prices lol. I has 2 flush mount rod holders on the back and a cheap version of a scotty on the front. I have no idea what year model it is, but it is at least 5 years old.

Anyhow, if someone will come pick this up, it is free. I am just tired of looking at it. I live on the south east side of Houston, Seabrook Tx.
