I took the pup fishing today. She's about 5 months and a little spastic, but all in all she's being a good sport.  We got on the water about 10:30 and hooked one right away. Not huge, but not a bad for the 3rd cast.  About 30 minutes later came #2 and #3.   Around 12:30 or so, Gutcheck decided to check in and see how we were doing via text. (The poor teacher was stuck at work, during the summer!  So he wanted to fish vicariously through me <he teaches English, so SAT word for him>). I shot him a few texts including #4.  Right about that time I was asking him if he left any 20+'s left after Saturday. I stuffed my phone back in my vest pocket and WHAM! Whoa momma! Talk about ask and you shall receive...  I was still shaking trying to send the pic of the monster. I'm not sure of the weight myself, but that fish was HEALTHY. After that I started skipping pics of fish that were "dinky" but here's a few more that made it to the board.  All fish were caught using black 5" senkos with blue flakes, or watermelon, like this one.  One for the road...  Pretty good day. Top 5 round out to 80.5" I can't wait to wake up and do it all tomorrow.

Nice fish Coach, I bet you go out and drop a paycheck on some Senkos now! Great baits been catching fish on them since they came out!

Nice fish Coach, I bet you go out and drop a paycheck on some Senkos now! Great baits been catching fish on them since they came out! Funny you mention that. I went through 2 bags of those things today alone. I have to restock before I hit the water tomorrow.
