 Lake Ray Hubbard 6/30 Report, a tough afternoon...

Got out on the water for a brief fishing fix. I was surprised my oldest wanted to join me. I have not fished Ray Hubbard much as last year and when I have, it has been challenging. Yesterday morning run did not produce much after a little searching. This afternoon was a different story. Found them quickly and started catching them quickly too. Left them biting cause my son wanted some top water action. Went to the jetty to wait and caught a few before heading back to meet the rest of my family for dinner. Most day Ray Hubbard is tough for me. This afternoon however was tough afternoon for the sandies  . First fist of the day.  One of the twenty Mark said he caught for the day  Double Trouble  Dinner and watching fireworks from TLC. Could not have planned a better way to end a wonderful day. The weather was AWESOME!
