 Need a friend that lives in Towne Lake subdivision

Towne lake subdivision on Barker Cypress has some really healthy LMB. I fished it 2 years ago with my son and he had a ball caught his first bass there. But was ran off by an HOA guy. Like to be able to go back and just fish and if asked can say I have permission to fish there from a home owner. Wish my subdivision had a lake.
