Anything that you can pitch into a shaded boat dock.

Is the main holding structure for this lake boat docks? The reason I ask is I just moved to Tx last year and have been trying to get fish off deep structure now that it is hot, and even as hot as the water temps are it seems that the fish are still holding to boat docks. Fished in Ca before this and for the lakes I fished there once it gets summer you have to be fishing 25 - 50 feet on most lakes with no grass. Here in Tx it doesn't seem to be that way.

Plenty of milfoil patches. Weightless flukes and senkos. Plenty of coves to zip into but recreational boat traffic will be a problem.

Any little patch of grass usually will hold fish early in the morning. Boat docks stay pretty consistent throughout the summer. Good luck!

You can catch bass in boat slips and docks just about year round in almost every lake in Texas, if the lake has them.
