After a couple of open tournaments. we have had enough interest in forming a local bass club in Mt. Vernon. We will have our first meeting on Thursday, May 16th at 7pm at East Texas Archery, Bait & Tackle Shop. They are located in Mt. Vernon off I-30, exit 150 across from the Lowes Distribution Center. The first tournament is at Lake Winnsboro on Sunday, May 19th. Plan to meet at the boat ramp (close to the dam) at 6 am, start time will be 6:30 am and weigh-in at 3 pm. Annual dues will be $25 per boat (1 or 2 people). The tournament fee is $35 per boat (1 or 2 people). Rules and other information will be available at the meeting and at the boat ramp before the tournament.
