I have a regular Texas Combo. Do I need a "special" license to fish Texoma?

Its very simple. You need a Texas licence to fish in Texas. And you need a oklahoma licence to fish in oklahoma. Make sure you know which side of the river channel you are on. Or get a Texoma licence and you are covered.
