Mounted 2 talons on my skeeter but can't decide how I want to run the power wires into my boat!!! Any suggestions???

I have two on my 21i. The wires run into a stainless clamshell that is mounted right in front of the motor and next to wire the wiring harness comes out of the bildge area.

So u drilled a hole in ur top plate and used th clam shell to go over the hole?

I don't have one but the guys at fun n sun told me about using trolling motor plugs so you could easily disconnect them in the summer. It sounded like the way to go.
