Nothing consistent over there right now and with this front that will move thru mid week, it will make it tougher.

Stay shallow and keep busy working the timber

I had a decent bite all weekend. But had to work my butt off to do it

Don't expect more than about 7-9 bites all day. But they can pay off. I had one over eight this weekend with several in the 5-6 lb range

Stay shallow and avoid the crowds. They cannibalized the fish I had found on Friday

Spinnerbaits in 2-6ft. of water has worked for me so far. Lots of little ones on the banks with a big one now and then. Haven't had much luck on soft plastics yet. Good Luck

I thought perch was the bait of choice on Crigs down there.

I had one bite on Saturday, but it was a nice 7 pounder. 10 inch motor oil power worm.

Appreciate the 411 everyone. Spinnerbaits are my lure of choice anyway so I am looking forward to it. Any specific areas? North of Concho Park Marina, South?

Just go find some water or look for all the other boats.

Fish are real shallow during day break then pulling back when the sun gets high. I pitched chigger craws with excellent success. I'm not real big on spinner baits but I heard they were killing them on them. Work the coves on the East side of the Colorado just north of concho ramp.
