Great day even though the wind showed up in full force. Fished the Brother Blue bass tournament today. Great tournament put on by the GPPD. 19Lbs and some change took first place with a 9lb kicker. 2Nd was 18+ My partner and i ended up with 19 fish, 12 slots and 7 unders, culled two of our unders. No overs for us today. Had 2 nice fish come unbuttoned, didnt get to see how big(ughhh). Had a few others come off that wher average size fish. JP is a great fishery and is fishing great right now. Talked to alot of peolple and all said the same, lots of slot fish. If you wanna have a fun day of catching some good fish give JP a try. All of our fish today came on shallow crankbaits early then flipping tubes and brushhogs the rest of the day.

Joe pool was on fire for us yesterday. Brother Blue was a great tournament we had the 19 and I caught the 9.21. All our fish came on flukes in the grass. Find the grass and you will find the bass.

Thanks to all that participated in the Brother Blue TOurnament. It is always nice to catch up with old friends and to make some new ones. 8 overs were brought in on a very windy day. Hope everyone had fun, Dennis
