Who has the best troll motor mount, MinnKota or Motor Guide? 24 volt.

Ford or Chevy! I've always ran MG and never had a problem.

I have a 12 volt Motor Guide now, and don't care for the mount at all. From the start it has rattled and popped when I hit the button. I would like a nice quite one this time.

Both have great products but if u go with MG get the pro series minnkota maxxum

Both will mount to your boat..if you use the trolling motor while fishing go with the minn Kota. Otherwise the MG will be just fine.

I've had both, motor guide best by far!! Minn Kota making strides, but not even a hard decision for me!!

MG, just a quick note. I like to add Locktite to the nuts under the deck. Vibration is heck on those mounts..
