I'm currently doing catch and release but will soon be catching to keep and wonder if the fish there are safe to eat. I looked at the TPWD website and they dont have an advisory or anything for the lake but figured I would ask y'all just to be on the safe side.

The trash in the lake gives em a special flavor.....
I think alot of people eat fish out of there, you should be good.

Fish are good to eat from there. That is where the Arlington water supply comes from.

Just think about the landfill upstream and the sewer that flowed directly in the lake for several years. You make the choice.
