I have a room at Bass Buster Inn that I do not need this year. The rate is $75/night or so with a minimum of 6 nights.

Let me know if you need it, and I'll change it to your name for this year only.

Yep. They take advantage of the situation. There are a few other campgrounds and motels that do that also.
