Here is a couple flies that work well for me on Sea Trout, Snook and Reds. I "visit" relatives on the Gulf Coast of Florida every spring for a couple weeks every year and these 2 flies have been deadly for me. I'm not sure if they would work for you guys, but they're quick and fairly easy to tie. You might want to give them a try. Here is a link to tying instructions I copied it from. They are Tim Borski's Craft Fur Shrimps just different colors. This link uses Artic Fox Tail, which works also instead of Craft Fur. I actually even "borrowed" the idea for my fly photo background color from this site as well. They really stand out against the blue. http://www.stoneriveroutfitters.com/page.cfm/TheTiersBench/ARCTIC_SHRIMP.htmlTrout/Snook version: Here is the Redfish Version: rr
