I may need to change my display name to King_of_Trash_fish. Could this big ole Blue Cat on a Crappie Jig. Water temp was 59 yesterday at Buck Creek/ RR. Bite was on pretty good and the crappie hit good at dusk if you could keep them sandies off your jig.  Someone needs to invent Trash Fish Repellent/Crappie Attractant.

Nice catch. Lots of fun on light tackle. One of the few species we didn't catch yesterday.

I put it on everything. I'm usually happy if I catch something even if its not what I was fishin for.

Yep and ugly fish. Was even worse after I filleted him. Totally grossed out the wife.

At least it wasn't one of those green trash fish.  I caught a small channel cat today on a jig.

I was hoping it was a bass but once I felt the Tug-Tug I knew it was a cat.

That is one of the most beautiful fish Right there. One of the most ugly fish would be LM bass. I must say though that LM bass that weight 5-10lbs taste the best.
