I've never fished a tournament and would like to know what kind of payout is possible? Of course it all depends on the event taking place....
Talking tournaments like Lake Grapevine / Lewisville and DFW area, from 7am til 1-2. How many people usually participate and do only the top 5 take home money??

usually pays 1 place for every 5 entries, some are 100% payout, 90% and most club opens pay back 80/85% so they can raise money for thier club, just a little info,
