I bought mine at Napa for around $4.00 a foot. Tell them you want the ethanol resistant line.

I changed mine out 2 yrs. ago with the NAPA type. Anybody know if it needs to be changed every now and then even if it is for ethanol use?

I wouldn't think it would be necessary as it should last a few years.

It might be a good idea to loosen one end up and make sure its not deteriorating.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I checked my main fuel lines and they looked like new (2years old)so I decided to just replace a couple of the short ones and had enough laying around.

That guy knows his stuff and has helped me out a lot, but he is a "merc only" guy. I like to get info from others including the race boat guys that have been there and done that and experimented on their own.

Also install a 10 micron filter, well worth the money and save fuel pump problems.

There's plenty of those guys in the boats and motors section here.

I went to Industrial Power and Rubber and got the reinforced hose they said is used in fuel dragsters. Has been fine for six years so far.
