Heading up Thursday after thanksgiving dinners to fish those two lakes for crappie, done some bass fishing and had good luck. I have heard the crappie fishing was good too, just haven’t crappie fished much before. i would like to get my buddy on some fish, any pointers to advice would be greatly appreciated from someone who has exp on these lakes shoot me a Pm or respond. Thanks again everyone.

Try the damn, lots of old brush piles. I assume you do not have SI? If so that is all you need.

Nope, no SI. Just regular depth finder. The Dam at both of these lakes?

Drift fishing at Crockett works well. Just motor up to the wind end and drift back.

Minnows work best at this time of year.
