caught a small one beind the dam at Navarro Mills years ago. Some guy wanted it so I cut the line and gave it to him hook and all.

I've caught 'em before. They like live bait will sometimes be caught on trotlines. Slimy bugaboos! Up in the northeast part of the country, they make great live bait for huge stripers!

caught one in stock tank in Mt Plesant when I was a kid that was 18" long.
