Heading up to Ray Roberts Thursday for the wknd. Wondering about the Crappie action on the COE piles. Getting more action on the minnows or artificial? If artificial, any color preference?

Was bass fishing on RR this morning and caught a big ol crappie on a weighted baby brush hog in 8 ft. next to a big tree. Bass fishing stunk but got something to eat!

Scorched thru 4 dozen minnows on Saturday. Continued catching on jigs after that. I dont think they cared what we through at them.
