Here is a recipe we like when it comes to cooking Catfish, Stripers, etc.... It's a Beer Batter Fish Fry and Tartar Sauce that reminds us of Fish and Chips. Give it a try some time! Here's a short video on how we mix a batch for anyone interested in it. Beer Batter Fish Fry.

Tried the Beer Batter Fish Fry and Tartar Sauce with White Bass that we caught yesterday. Removed the "red meat" and cooked it like we did the Catfish. Tasty meal!

Here is a link to the "Beer Batter Fish Fry" recipe for anyone interested in trying it on their next fish fry! We have tried it with Catfish, Striped Bass, and most recently White Bass. Makes for a tasty meal; give it a try when you get a chance!

Caught four Catfish today and cooked them using the Beer Batter Fish Fry recipe... tasty, tasty, tasty. Caught them using Jug Lines. Today's Video.
