How do you like to rig up and fish a fluke. Got a good deal on some but can't get the confidence to fish them very long.

Weightless, tx rig, c-rig.......other than a spinnerbait, I have caught more fish on a fluke than anything else. If your not fishing them you are missing out!

What they said. I've really had good luck lately on the magnum fluke Texas rigged with a 3/16 oz. bullet weight even up here in Kansas. Began doing it with 3/8 oz at Falcon a few years ago. Just started doing it up here and have done well here and in Texas with it.

Pretty much the only thing that's catching them for me. Tx rigged with the smallest weight I have. Watch your line cuz they will be hitting it on the fall!

Mainly with a 1/8oz screw in weight and 5/0 hook when im fishing grass. I also use them on the c-rig, and sometimes I take the skirt off of a chatter bait and super glue one on there.

If you haven't been fishing a fluke I really wouldn't start now you will start depriving your other baits of there time in the water. I run the only Fluke Rescue program in the country so go ahead and set the flukes free and send them to me I will make sure they receive the proper attention they deserve.

Weightless....fish it just like a senko. Twitch it, then let it fall a few seconds then repeat.....in the fall and early spring i will increase the tempo of the twitchs. C-rig.....drag it along the bottom either fast or slow, whatever the fish want. Tx-rig......bounce it along just like any other plastic bait.

Learn it and you'll love it!!
