i am in the market for some new sun glasses and was wondering if there is any reviews on these. I'm wondering if the Amphibia Depthcharge glasses, with amber-blue lenses would be good site fishing shades. I know that green lenses are generally the preferred lens, but does anyone have any experience with Amphibia and their lens?
The other glasses choice I have been considering is a pair of Costa -Zane, with green lens.
Interested in opinions on whether you'd choose Amphibia or Costa, and why.
Thanks!

I have a pair of Amphibias, and I love how great the quality of their lenses are! The amber blue lenses are the absolute best for site fishing. Would highly recommend

I've got both and will take my Amphibias over the Costas all day. Price, quality, look..... Get you some Amphibias and don't look back.

I just bought my first pair of Amphibia, and I don't wear my costas now. Amphibia are more comfortable, look way better, and I can't tell a difference in the lenses on the water, so Amphibia it is for me

I have the Depth Charge and some Costas (not the Zane). As far as lense quality I cannot tell the difference in the polycarbonates. Unless you're wanting glass lenses I'd definitely go with the Amphibia's because of the price, comfort, and similar quality.

I have the Costa Zane 580 glass ( grey frame/ Blue lense ). They are a little hot compared to my Maui Jim Titaniums, but they can't be beat as far as lense quality. The 580 glass are some of the best lenses out there. The trick to Costa's is finding the right frame that fits your face. Most of their frames are made for a smaller face profile.

BTW, there's a COSTA shop at the Shops at Fairview over in Allen. It's in the same area as iPix theater ( across the street ).

i have ZERO experience with Amphibia products.

JD

This post was not a "Set Up" by me. I noticed the Green Horn deal and did not want my TFF buds thinking I was out advertising. Thanks for the post MI Angler. I'm going with the Amphibia though. Ha

I got a pair of the Exodus. I have to say I told Gene the only issue I had with them was that I needed another pair for my daily drive.

Both are great glasses. Go try them on and see what fits for you.
