John Varner had the neatest, small soft plastics tackle bag I've ever seen. It's about the size of a soft CD carrying case (maybe a little bit larger) and zipped up like a soft CD carrying case. It had the individual see-thru, zip-lock type pockets in it like opening up a notebook. I'll bet he had over 100 total baits, jigheads, and 5 bottles of dye in that one bag. I think he said he got it at Bass Pro Shops for like $5.50.
He can fill you in on the details.
It is really cool!

refin,
Tackle Logic and several others have them. They come in all sizes. Bass Pro has some of the best priced ones under their name. I've also picked them up at Academy. I've got them in my boat and sort by worms, lizards, soft jerkbiats, craws etc.
Then I have one that has a few of my go to colors and soft baits that I carry with a small soft tackle pack with a few cranks, top waters, spinners, hooks, weights etc for when I fish out of someone elses boat.
