Was idling at lake when motor just quit! motor is only 3 yrs old and wont even try to start! Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

Checked all the obvious things like kill switch,fuses, and bulb is still primed unless the fuel pump went bad.replaced fuel filter a few months ago but have never replaced plugs. Not trying to be cheap, just figure its something easy to fix without taking it in for it to sit for weeks on a small fix.

Check battery and connections if the voltage drops to low it wont fire
