I just wanted to share my Legend Tournament experience. I didn’t’ cash any hours (weighed in at wrong times with 2# fish) or win a boat but it was an awesome experience. 1st I want to thank Legend and EZ Loader Trailers for fixing every little thing that needed tweaking. They were all over the boat replacing anything that looked semi used and then detailed it. Where can you get that kind of Customer service? I was in awe and disbelief. This is why I bout a Legend! 2nd I want to thank Brother Billy Dyson (and Kay mostly) for talking me into using his Dobyn’s 745 DX Champion Extreme. He’s been bragging about it for a year and I’m like yea yea yea, I have a GLX with the same specs. All I can say is that I’m some sort of stupid for not listening back then. This is the sweetest rod I’ve ever had the pleasure of catching with. I say catching because it made all the difference in the world. Started out the day TX rig 5/16 Green Pumpkin MegaTail catching up to 23.5” bass in 6 – 8’ and then put a 3/8th jig on it and caught 23.75” bass in 18’. I will be buying one of these before I hit the water again.
3rd I want to thank Randy Oldfield for the killer advice and keeping me under his wing. To me, he is the king of the big bass on Fork and I have a couple of good finishes that I know are a direct result of his tutorage. He was dead on for this tournament but I didn’t get the right fish this time. You the man!
4th thanks to Team Bubba (mostly Sue) for putting on a grrrrreat tournament and Randy Quals for making a KILLER boat. No cash but a great time catching quality fish. Can’t wait until next year with my new rod in hand.
Congratulations to those that caught the right ones. The under fish seem to be smaller in general without the grass. The big ones are mostly toads.

I would like to echo your comments, especially those about the Legend staff and the great customer service they provide. Randy gave me a brand new Fury prop to try on my boat, which made an unbelievable difference. They also detailed my boat and took out a pretty scratch I had on my hull. Not to mention the free food and drinks they handed out to the people who's boats they were working on.
Reasons like these are why I chose a Legend boat and will continue to do so.
Thanks again.

These tourneys are getting better every year. Wish I could have made this one... But, I had to work!!!
For sure, the respect and gratitude demonstrated by the entire Legend Boats crew is one major reason to own a Legend Boat. They truely do stand behind thier product and make sure you stay happy after the sale. Even if your the 2nd or 3rd owner!!!
