Caught a flattie the other day that broke my (carp) net. So now I need to buy a proper catfish net that lets me hoist big fish out of the water from the bank. So the net needs to be a good size and the handle needs to be long & strong. Any recommendations? Links to stores/products would be helpful.

Lift straight up with the net handle. Don't pick it up like a shovel.

Academy sells a frabill that's pretty good but remember, like was said above don't pick a big fish up with the net horizontal.
