Scott Martin is currently sitting in first place on day 2 on the Potomac River.  The top 20 fishing tomorrow should make the weigh in very interesting with the current weights being so close. I know I'll be watching.  http://www.flwoutdoors.com/flwlive2/index.cfm?satelliteid=1

I was touched when Roland was on stage weighing his fish. He talked about how Himself and Scott got to spend more time together during this tour than they had in the past 10 years and how he thought Scott would get angler of the year this year, and right after that they showed Scott in the audience with a look of pride for his Dad with what looked like a tearfull smile.

Sponsors will be lined up to sign him. He promotes the sport well and he's good on TV.

Scott is a great marketer and wins a ton, so he won't have any sponsor issues. He's on several big schools of fish and fishin with a lot of confidence so he'll be hard to beat. Roland's co angler accidentally put one of his fish in Roland's live well, giving him 6 and the co 4. They realized too late, reported themselves and both got zeros for the day. A tough break for him, as he was right on the bubble for a good check.
