Will Cablelas take back a broken Loomis if I pay the warranty at the store?
I have always taken them to SW Parts and picked up one off the shelf and left...I would rather drive to Allen and do this than Irving, since I live in McKinney.

Stax, Not for sure about Cabela's, but I know Loomis has the expedite program. Just go with Dobyn's best broken rod warranty out there...over the counter!

I have gone with Cumaras over the last year and I really like theirs...FREE, no questions asked...Bring in the broken one and pick up a new one and leave...Is Dobyns comparable?

Its over the counter...not free, but small fee and your out the door with a new rod. No shipping it off and waiting for a new one. I hope you get your problem resolve and get back on the water ASAP!
