We are getting flash flooded here in San Angelo right now.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know when to go fishing.

Just talked to a cousin who lives in that area. He said the river is not running and all the rain is soaking into ground.

Rain has been in the area all morning, but mostly West of the Ivie Watershed. About an hour ago the rain moved into the Ivie watershed. Most of the reports have been 1-2 inches with a few spots receiving up to 4 inches. (but those areas are small and scattered) Per CRWMWD website, if any runnoff occurs it will most likely be areas of the North Concho, which feeds OC Fisher, and the Upper Colorado from Big Spring down to Robert Lee, which feeds into EV Spence. Ivie will catch a little water, but not near enough to put a dent in the low levels.
The system is currently moving North/North East, but if the system stalls out, Ivie could catch some good runoff.

Well it`s rained here a big part of the day, I was talking to the lake superintendant a little while ago and he thinks we will catch about a foot of water. Thats not much but it`s a start and it gives us another month for our boat ramp.

Pecan Creek, which feeds Lake Nasworthy has come down and is now flooded. Since Nasworthy is a constant level lake, they will have to open the gates and send the water down the Concho. How much will make it to Ivie is unknown. Any little bit Ivie gets will be a blessing.
