A word of advice. Saturday I played softball for the first time in 5~6 years. Outfield with a lot of running in 3 games . Sunday morning I was out at 6am in my tube kicking around the local lake till 12 noon. Now all that softball exercise I did on Sat required good blood flow to my legs to help repair the 5~6 years of laziness. Needless to say, sitting in cold water for 6 hours doesn't promote good blood flow. Legs were killing me when they had never done that in the past. I'm better now and as it was, caught lots of fish, so yeah, I'd do it again. Sometimes there's just no learnin'.
