I'd be there, but duty calls. Good luck, we'll be waiting to hear your report

Same ole same ole for me. Lots of short fish, lots of wind, and only a handful of keepers. Where are the big ones hiding????

I thought that was probably you this morning. We found the same short fish with a few keepers. First time on Granger fishing brush. Started the day with 0 marked piles, found about 20 but most held nothing but dinks. Saw several boats coming back from up the river, maybe they are up there?

Not in the river fellars. I was out today myself. Was that you on the Fox shoreline in a blue/white CC Jerry. If so I was the tracker that was fishing the pile to the east of you. I ended the day with 14 crappie in the livewell as well as a bluecat that went about 4 lbs. Big crappie today went 1.6 lbs. I didn't plan on keeping any fish but when the big fish smacked my jig so hard and sucked it down into her belly and she was bleeding all was left was to keep a batch for dinner.
Zach, no problem finding BP's on Granger. Small lake and they are everywhere. Now you need to figure out which ones hold the big fish.

Exactly what I told the fella I was fishing with today. Our big fish went 1.5 lbs but we couldn't put any numbers of good ones in the boat. I don't think we ever caught more than 1 keeper on a brush pile.

Same with me. Most piles had 1 keeper and a handful of dinks. Yes Dave that was me in the cc. I thought that might have been you. I only fished about 5 known piles today and looked for new ones the rest of the time. I'm kinda disappointed in you granger guys. I looked at a couplee spots today that would have been perfect for a brushpile and found nothing. Looks like il be making a night trip sometime soon

Bring them on. Love to find a few more BP's on Granger. I don't have near as many marked as Salty due to not cluttering up the screen especially none marked along the Fox shoreline. Those are super easy to find and I use the old method of dead reckoning to find them time and time again.

Keep on fishing.
