Hey, Im just getting done with college for the summer, I have a 2 week window to get a butt load of fishing in before i have an internship in Austin. So this will probably be the only fishing i get into this summer.
Is anyone having luck at particular spot in trinity? I havent been to dutton's spillway in a while. I usually just go from well-head to well-head using live shrimp.
Thanks for the help

I dont fish Trinity that much but im in touch with several guides that do fish down there and from what I hear Trinity has been tough. Its probably getting better but there was a lot of fresh water coming down from the river. Maybe some one can chime in with a better report on water conditions but last I heard there was a lot of fresh water in Trinity.

My experience is Trinity is a better winter spot. If you only have a couple of days and you want to catch a variety hit the jetties. If you're head hunting hit up east bay.

Fish the east shoreline south of double bayou. Find some shell and fish the down stream side during tide movement.
