THis has happened twice now and the first time I turned the truck off and back on and it fixed itself. Today, i pulled up to get some food, go in, come out, start my truck...wrench light comes on, engine light comes on, rearview camera quit working. Truck slammed in reverse, slammed it drive...stuck in 2nd. I am the only owner, 2wd, 5.4l, 26k miles...any ideas?

Take it back.I had an 02 doing something similar,come to find out the dealership knew exactly what it was.There was never a recall but they had notes in the computer.

It's still in warranty. Take it to the dealership.

I'd be interested what you find out. Just bought same truck but with 4wd in a supercab and has 33K.

The wrench is usually the motorized throttle plate. They don't even have throttle cables anymore lol, just a TPS with a servo.
